Tables and figures 04 minimum and 08 maximum for research articles.

Instructions to Authors  
Initial formatting not needed for submission. After acceptance of your manuscript the formatting will be done according to the journal format.

To meet DOAJ, Google Scholar, and Scopus requirements and speed up review, please include these basic elements. Keep it simple:

Text Format  
1. Font: 12 pt Times New Roman, Arial, or Calibri
2. Spacing: Double-spaced
3. Margins: 1 inch or 2.5 cm on all sides
4. File: Single Word, PDF, or LaTeX file. No template required

Manuscript Sections  
1. Title Page: Title, full author names, affiliations, corresponding author email
2. Abstract: Structured or unstructured, within word limit above
3. Keywords: 4-6 keywords
4. Main Text: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion. Simple headings are fine
5. References: Use APA 7th or Vancouver style only. Be consistent. Include DOI links where available
6. Declarations: Funding, conflicts of interest, ethics approval for human/animal studies, data availability statement
7. Figures/Tables: Embedded in text or at end. High-resolution files requested only after acceptance
